Return Policy For Lactation Cookies

As a small business, we operate with limited resources, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our lactation cookies. We prioritize quality and strive to provide delicious and fresh products with every order.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is desired, but due to the perishable nature of our products and our small-scale operation, we cannot accommodate returns at this time. We kindly request that any issues regarding the quality of our products be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery, as we are dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving any concerns to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

However, if you have any concerns about your order or if there are any issues with the quality of our products, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any issues within our capabilities.

Note: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for lactation cookies once they have been opened or partially consumed.

Return Shipping Fee

In our policy, the return shipping fee is typically covered by the customer. This means that if you need to return an item, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. 

Please note that we do not provide pick-up services for returning items and facilitate exchanges through delivery services. If you wish to return any items or require an exchange, you are welcome to visit our shop situated at #01-23 Changi Road. Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier service using platforms like Grab, Lalamove, or any other delivery service of your choice.

For orders purchased at baby fairs, we also strongly recommend checking your bags and flavors before leaving the fair. Please ensure you have received the correct flavors as any exchanges will incur a delivery fee of $8.90 per delivery. We kindly remind customers that we are not responsible for any incorrect flavor bags once they have left the fair. Thank you for your understanding!
